1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ventuslife.com, creating an account, placing an order, or using any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site.

3 Products and Scenario System

VentusLife products are organized around five core scenarios: Shore, Polar, Dune, Trail, and Metro. We offer quick-fit products, complete scenario sets, deep customization, and exclusive co-creation services.

We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or replace any product or service at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may be updated to reflect improvements.

4 Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Payment is required at the time of purchase through the payment methods available at checkout. By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

5 Taxes and Duties

All product prices displayed on Ventuslife.com are tax-included. Customers do not need to pay additional VAT and customs taxes for delivered orders. In the unlikely event that any additional charges apply, they will be clearly stated at checkout.

6 Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide using the following courier services: FedEx, UPS, TNT, USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, and DPD.

Handling time: 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit time: 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut-off time: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).

Free shipping is provided on all orders. Tracking information will be shared so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7 Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy below.

8 Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Our return window is 30 days from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@ventuslife.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Return labels are included in the package and provided free of charge.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted. Exchanges are accepted. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Restocking fees do not apply.

9 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your financial institution first, then reach out to us at support@ventuslife.com.

10 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

11 Warranty and Purchase Protection

All VentusLife products include a 24-month warranty service from the date of delivery. We also provide a 180-day purchase protection window covering manufacturing defects and real-world performance issues under normal use.

Additionally, our 30-day money-back guarantee allows you to return eligible products for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, as described in Section 8.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

12 Digital Tools: AI, 3D & AR

Our Site may provide an AI smart selection engine, 3D visualization, and AR real-time preview to help you configure products. These tools are provided for planning and inspiration purposes only.

Actual product fit, appearance, proportions, and compatibility may vary based on vehicle model, configuration, and environmental factors. Final purchase decisions should be made based on official product specifications and, where needed, confirmation with our support team.

13 Pre-Sale and Co-Creation

From time to time, VentusLife may offer pre-sale or co-creation projects. These projects may be subject to specific terms, including estimated production timelines, non-refundable deposits, and design finalization processes. Any such terms will be displayed on the relevant product or campaign page and will apply in addition to these Terms.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on Ventuslife.com, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, designs, software, and product descriptions, is the property of VentusLife or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

15 Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site or its services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or systems.
• Interfering with the security or functionality of the Site.
• Using the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Reproducing or scraping content without authorization.

16 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Outdoor and overland activities carry inherent risks. VentusLife products should be installed and used in accordance with the provided instructions and all applicable safety standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VentusLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

17 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VentusLife, its affiliates, partners, and team members from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity related to our products or services.

18 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the Site after such changes, you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
