2 Handling Time
All products go through a production and quality control process before dispatch. Therefore, orders have a handling time of 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
3 Transit Time
Once dispatched, transit time is typically 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on destination and carrier.
Total delivery time = handling time + transit time.

Our order cut-off time is Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
Orders placed before the cut-off time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.

Every order includes full tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel's journey from our warehouse to your delivery address.

Any applicable taxes or import fees are already covered in the listed price, so there are no unexpected charges at delivery.

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary for international orders depending on destination country, customs processing, and local carrier efficiency.
While we work to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues may occur and are beyond our control.
8 Delivery Issues & Delays

Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours to ensure a smooth resolution.
